Listings and Availability
All property listings are subject to availability, owner approval, price changes, regulatory approvals, and final contract terms.
Images, maps, areas, amenities, construction details, building dates, renovation history, and descriptions are for guidance and must be verified before transaction.
Payments and Transactions
Do not transfer funds unless you have verified the recipient, purpose, property, contract, and required approvals.
Brokerage commission, deposits, government fees, service charges, maintenance fees, and other costs must be agreed in writing before completion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, unavailable listings, third-party errors, or decisions made based on unverified listing information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.
